One of our best selling navigation instruments, the Triangle with Handle is inscribed with contrast enhancing colors making it easier to use. Utilizing two 45° triangles, the protractor triangle with handle provides a straightforward method of plotting and performing chart work. With its protractor scales, this protector triangle’s handle is easily aligned in any direction with a chart meridian. Direction is maintained as one triangle is slid along the other to the desired position. The protractor triangle with handle is crafted of durable and clear vinylite.

Chart work is very much still integral to the way we navigate.  It is the one system which isn’t affected by bad weather or electronics failure.  The skills we learn when we navigate on paper cannot be unlearned. This is one of the few skills that can save our lives in the event of a catastrophic failure on the vessel.  This triangle is a lightweight, simple but so very useful part of your navigation kit.
